Questions owners ask
Who sees our manuals?
Only people in your company. Manufacturer PDFs are never published. The open catalogue shows our own summaries, facts and page numbers, never vessel or company names.
How do we pay?
By card through the payment link in the app, or by bank invoice for yearly and fleet plans. Prices are in USD without VAT.
Who uploads the manuals?
You can upload them yourself, or on the Fleet plan we take your folders, recognise scanned pages, split them by equipment and build 3D models.
Does it work at sea?
The site works on slow satellite links; pages are light and the 3D models load once and stay in the browser cache.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your library stays readable until the end of the paid period, and you can download your data.
