Separator runs unevenly / vibrates

Possible cause
Uneven sludge, wrong assembly or mixed bowl parts, slack disc stack, damaged bowl, weak neck bearing springs, broken bottom bearing spring, worn gear
What to do
Manufacturer's manual, p. 59Stop and brake without de-sludging; clean and reassemble correctly, add a disc, renew springs, renew worm and worm wheel together
